Set in The Verold, a fantasy world, a Severen dwarf named Skerry leads an impecunious life. He’s not used to it, hates the mundane, and reminisces the bloodshed and battles he once Captained. However, Skerry still refuses to cohere to an equable lifestyle, with settling down and talks of sprogs sending chills to his very core. The only person keeping him together is his comrade Grimdan, along with a constant flow of ale from the only tavern situated at the top of the mountain. However, one day whilst walking home through a snowstorm with his friend, someone falls into their path who will change everything, forever.
